About the BullGuard Mascot idea:

A live mascot for BullGuard. The idea had long existed on paper. It was, after all, rather obvious. But it was also imperative for BullGuard to find a way to ensure the best possible living conditions for the dog.

This is how we do it:

The BullGuard mascot Sir Winston (kennel name Good Guys Wear White of Mojo's) is owned NOT by BullGuard, but privately by one of its employees. Its purchase and living expenses (food, vet, insurances ect) are sponsored by the company, which in turn has exclusive rights for usage of the dog in various marketing situations. This means that the dog lives a perfectly normal dog-life at home with its owner - the BullGuard employee - and her family. The dog comes with her to work a few times a week and has his own space there with a bed, toys, food and drink. He is blissfully unaware of his status as company mascot - he is just pleased to be able to spend lots of time with his owner and the other friendly people at the Copenhagen office. The owner handles all the dog related work for BullGuard - blog, website, newsletter entries and such. The dog doesn't care much. Every once in a while the dog may visit a professional photographer to have pictures taken for marketing use. He will most likely find it fun and exciting. And that is pretty much it.

In short he lives a normal, healthy dog life with his owner. They are rarely apart. His life has just the right amount of fun and new experiences, but without any stress or pressure. He is given the best, healthy food and goes to the vet for check ups regularly. It's a dog's life, but a GOOD one.
