Activating your BullGuard Gamer's Edition subscription

You may experience that your BullGuard Gamer's Edition continues to state that you have a trial, even though you have just purchased a subscription. Or that your subscription is still expired, even though you just renewed it.

This is caused by the fact that your account-status is stored on our online server, and your local copy of BullGuard Gamer's Edition has to check this server, before it can know that your status has changed. Normally, BullGuard Gamers' Edition checks this status every time you start your computer, but if you are not connected to the internet through a DSL connection, or if your DSL connection is not active when BullGuard Gamers' Edition launches, this may cause the above problem.

To fix this is very easy:

1- button  Connect to the Internet.

2- button  Double-click the BullGuard Gamers' Edition icon in your System tray (bottom-right corner, next to the clock):

1-open gamers

3 - button  Go to the Main section of BullGuard Gamers' Edition, choose Account from the upper menu and click the

  Check status button.

2-check status

BullGuard Gamers' Edition will now check our servers for the new status of your account and you will see that it changes from "Free trial" to "Paid subscription".

3 remaining days

4 - button  If this does not work, you may have accidentally purchased BullGuard Gamers' Edition under a different or misspelled

username (email address) than the one you are currently using.

If this is the case, please check the confirmation email sent to you after the purchase and find your username there. Next, click the Change user link:

 4 change user

You can then enter your new username and password and login:

5 login

Remember, your BullGuard Gamers' Edition username is your email address.

If you have forgotten your password, you can ask for a new one here: Get a new password

Now BullGuard Gamers' Edition connects to our server and checks your account. It will start running like you have a paid subscription instead of a trial one.
