Upgrade your subscription

 

 

Welcome, BullGuard user!

 

This section will describe the easiest and best way to upgrade your online Backup drive size.

 

The optimal process should go as follows:

 

• You need more space to backup your files or just bought a new computer.

 

• You decide to upgrade your Backup space or number of computers for the remaining time period.

 

 

On the BullGuard website, select the Buy tab and enter our webshop.

 

 

 

 

 

 

To upgrade your Backup space or number of computers, choose the Upgrade option from the menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

After entering your username and password, you will be directed to your online account and shown you current subscription. Press Continue in order to upgrade your account accordning to your preferences.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Next, you will reach the page where you can choose your next subscription. Note that depending on the choices you make, you can see how much money you pay extra or save.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Next, choose between PayPal and the standard payment methods, then press Continue.

 

 

 

 

 

Note: Please notice your shopping cart number or Order ID. It is recommended that you make a note of it, as it can be used in tracking down your payment should there be any problems.

 

 

Once you finish making the payment or filling in the necessary information, you will reach the final page, where you get to see your invoice number and instructions on how to make the payment (if you chose an offline payment method).

 

 

 

 

 

 

For credit card payments, you can see the invoice directly in the final page.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The last page usually includes a confirmation message (i.e. for credit card) or further payment instructions (i.e. bank transfer).

 

That's it - your order will now be processed and your account updated!
