Welcome, BullGuard user! This section describes the payment options available for buying a BullGuard subscription online.
Click on a payment method to learn more:
• Payment by Credit Card
• Payment by Bank Transfer
• Payment by Cheque, Money or Postal order
• Payment by e-Invoice
• Payment by PayPal

Credit Card
This is basically the quickest and simplest way to buy online. All you need is an accepted credit / debit card.
BullGuard accepts the following credit card types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Carte Bleue and Dankort.

* Dankort is only accepted for purchases made from Denmark.
Orders made via credit card are usually processed by our backend systems within minutes. To check if your account information has been updated, please open BullGuard, go to Main > Account and press Check status button.
Note: Please make sure your credit card is not expired and that you have sufficient funds available before purchasing.

Bank Transfer
Whether you are making your payment via online banking or a normal bank transfer, you should note there are some differences:
Firstly, Step 3 in the payment process, as well as the Confirmation email include two very important elements
for completing the payment:
• Bank account details - this is the account where you have to make the payment.
• Payment reference number - this is a number in the format of 29880000xxxx. Please mention it on your transfer form,
so that GlobalCollect can match that payment to your order. This number is also used to check your order status.

Secondly, when you choose to pay by bank transfer, your account is automatically extended with 14 days
to allow you to make the actual payment.
This is to keep you safe while the bank transfer is being performed (usually takes between 2-5 days, depending on
the country you are transferring the money from). The 14-day extension is only granted once.
Note: GlobalCollect BV handles invoicing and fund collection for BullGuard Ltd. GlobalCollect has bank accounts open
in many countries of the world, to allow customers to make faster and cheaper bank transfers. If GlobalCollect does not have
an account open in your country, then the bank transfer option will only be available via e-Invoice (see below).

Cheque / Money Order / Postal Order
Things are quite similar to the bank transfer, except you will be sending your payment document (cheque, money order,
postal order) to a regular mail address instead of a bank account.
Step 3 in the payment process and the Confirmation email include the necessary instructions:
• Regular mail address - this is the P.O. box where you must send the cheque.
• Payment reference number - this is a number in the format of 29880000xxxx. Please mention it on your cheque,
so that GlobalCollect can match that payment to your order. This number is also used to check your order status.

After making an order payable by cheque / money order / postal order, your account is automatically extended
with 14 days to allow you to send your payment document.
This is to keep you safe while your cheque is being sent (usually takes between 1-7 days, depending on
the country you are sending the cheque from). The 14-day extension is only granted once.
Note: GlobalCollect BV handles invoicing and fund collection for BullGuard Ltd. Just as for bank transfers, GlobalCollect
has P.O. boxes open in most countries of the world for handling cheque and postal orders.

e-Invoice
The e-Invoice is a payment option that lets you choose the way you pay after placing your order.
It basically consists of an invoice you receive by email, and another email containing payment details and instructions
for making a bank transfer, sending a cheque or postal order, as well as making credit card order.
The invoice and instruction emails will be sent shortly to the email address you made the order with.

To make the actual payment, you can:
• Make a bank transfer using the account details found in the email.
• Send a cheque to the P.O. box address mentioned in the message.
• Print the email, fill in your credit card details and send it to the P.O. box address.
(This option is offered to those who do not wish to use their credit card data online.)
Note: All e-Invoice payments must include the Payment Reference No. mentioned in the e-Invoice.

PayPal
About PayPal
PayPal is a very popular e-commerce solution allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet.
It serves as an electronic alternative to traditional methods such as cheques and money orders, and is essentially a very quick online banking transfer. PayPal also performs payment processing for online vendors and corporate users, for which it charges
a small fee. On October 3, 2002, PayPal became a subsidiary of eBay Inc.
BullGuard offers this flexible payment option to its customers worldwide.
How to pay
First, please see this page: The best way to buy online (*opens in a new window)
At Step 4, please choose the PayPal option.

After pressing Continue, you will be taken to a PayPal page where you must log to your PayPal account and send the money.

After completing the payment on the PayPal website you should get a PayPal confirmation email with the title

If that does not solve your problem, please write an email to payment@bullguard.com and we will attend to your question
