We have chosen chat support as our primary support tool, as it enables our specialists to receive and process your questions in real time, whilst being able to send guides & screenshots and to offer transcripts of the advice given.

Danish Team: 10 am - 6 pm daily; response time is 24h.

French Team:  5 am - 9 pm daily; response time 1h during service hours and 24h outside service hours.
