BULLGUARD BACKUP SUBSCRIPTION ISSUES
How many computers can I use a BullGuard Backup
subscription on?
A BullGuard Backup subscription can be used on up to 3
computers.
Note: After installing BullGuard Backup on the
second or third computer, you will be asked to register. However,
please press the option called "I already have a BullGuard
Backup account" and just log in with your current username and
password.
OK, I bought BullGuard Backup, how do I manage my
subscription?
Log on to the MY ACCOUNT section on our website to manage
your account.
To do this, you need the username and password that you chose
when you initially registered or purchased BullGuard Backup. If you
can't remember this information, please check the confirmation
email you received upon subscription (all needed information is
contained in this message) or contact our Support.
I have just purchased BullGuard Backup, but it keeps
telling me it's still a trial version. What do I do?
Please see this guide: How to
activate a BullGuard Backup subscription
Note: Common problems
1. You may have bought under a different username (email address)
than your trial account.
2. You have just purchased and may need to press the "Check
status" button in the Main > Account section so BullGuard can
retrieve your latest subscription status.
For both cases above, you can also follow this guide: Using BullGuard Backup with a different
subscription
What is the difference in the price of
subscriptions?
The price of a subscription varies depending on how much backup
space you choose, and the length of your subscription.
You can choose between 10,000 MB to 50,000 MB of online backup
space. See the prices here.
How can I renew my
subscription?
To renew your subscription is quite easy - just go to the
MY ACCOUNT
section on our website, log in with your username and password,
then press the "Renew" button in the lower-right corner, under the
"Payment" section.
What happens when my free copy
of BullGuard Backup expires?
When the free trial expires, BullGuard Backup will stop working.
This means that you will no longer be able to back up or restore
data to and from your online drive, nor have access to the
data you have backed up.
BullGuard will not delete your data immediately. Usually it is
kept for 2 weeks in case of trial accounts, and 2 months for paid
accounts.
If you did not get a chance to retrieve your data, please
contact our Support within the timeframes above and you will most
likely be able to do so. When BullGuard Backup expires you should
decide whether you want to uninstall the software and not back up
your data anymore - or buy a subscription to
BullGuard, securing your data 24/7 from damage, theft
or accidental deletion.

Note: When your BullGuard Backup expires, you
will only see the Main section in the
application's console. This allows access to the "Account" tab,
where you can either press the Check status button
(if you have bought / renewed online) or enter a license-key (if
you have bought offline, from a store) to extend your subscription
time.
What happens after I
purchase BullGuard
Backup?
There are two situations you may experience:
1. If you have upgraded your existing trial account (recommended),
please wait for a confirmation email from BullGuard that your
payment has been received, then simply go to Main
> Account and press Check
status.
BullGuard Backup also connects to the Internet at start-up,
looking for software updates or account changes -
therefore, if your payment has been completed, your account will be
automatically upgraded.
2. If you buy a subscription from our website, but under a
different email address than your trial, you are given a
new password for your BullGuard account. This password is stated in
the confirmation email we send immediately after your
purchase.
Normally, this e-mail will arrive in your Inbox within seconds. If
you have not received it yet, this can be attributed to three
things:
a. Either your email address isn't working correctly. If you
have received other mails while expecting the BullGuard
confirmation mail, this is not the case.
b. The emails have been marked as Junk or Spam by your spam
filter. In this case, look for them in the Junk / Spam
folder and move them back in your Inbox.
c. The email address (your BullGuard username) you have stated is
not your email address or it has been misspelled.
Find all relevant information about your BullGuard
Backup purchase are available in the MY ACCOUNT section
of our website. From here you can also see an invoice of your
order.

please contact us at payment@bullguard.com and
we will do our best to help.
Which
payment options do I have for purchasing

page only provides the Credit Card payment option (VISA, AMEX,
EuroCard / MasterCard or Diner's Club) for BullGuard
Backup.

recover BullGuard Backup?

can get a new one here: Get a new password
