I managed to fix it manually. With many hours of trial and error, I located that the virus was called ntsysman.exe and deleted it.

Also, the Zonealarm Firewall I installed a few days ago has already deteched 346 intrusions and 30 high rated intrusions.... is that normal?????

AVG just refuses to run no matter what I do. I have tried running from its folder and also tried to reinstall AVG. The AVG setup file won't open. I'm using windows XP.
