Thanks...I'm trying to delete all the *.tmp files and theres 7809 of them, but lots won't delete because it says it can't read from the source file or disk...what should i do?

I have Trojan Downloader on my computer (stubby and agent). I have NO IDEA how to get rid of this...my anti-spyware and anti-virus programs say they can't delete them. Can someone please help me?
