just run a scan and send the log file to support@bullguard.com. The people there will know what to do. If you have BullGuard, here are some tips:

When scanning be sure that you scan the hard drive (not only a file). To be sure that you will scan the hard disk do as following: open BullGuard, go to the Antivirus section, to the Overview tab, click Scan Now, and in the right part of the dialog box that appears check the box where it says Local Drives.

the file vscan.log is located in the BullGuard installation folder: usually c:\program files\bullguard\.

Just send it and it will be taken care of.

kind regards
