I was trying to upload some images from my HP digital camera and i kept getting an error message. When i looked it up on the HP website it said that i might have a virus. So i used the free virus scan over the internet that they suggested (Bitdefender) and it stated that i had three infected files. What i couldn't understand is that i have Norton and it never found it.
Anyways i need to know how to get it off of my computer! the files that were infected are stated below:

1. Object C:\Documents and Settings\Nathan\Local Settings\temp\THI70E6.tmp\twaintec.cab=twaintec.dll is infected with Trojan.Spy.BiSpy.C unable to disinfect

2.Object C:\WINDOWS\twaintec.dll infected

3.twaintec.dll infected

Can you all run a full scan with Bullguard, then attach here the file named: vscan.log?
The file is located in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Bullguard

Petria Your good, also remember that no anti-virus gets them all but, what petria is telling you makes real sense. Do a full scan if bullguard can't get it out then tech support might be able to help it can be found at support@bullguard.com
