To who ever can help me

my computer was infected with different trojan horse generic 10 viruses, and that really stuffed up my computer, i used AVG and ESET anti viruses and it seems like it got rid of the virus, i also used 2 anti spyware programs which helped clean up more of the computer but the problem now is that for some reason my internet explorer wont access some website, eg. google, myspace, yahoo, download.com, facebook, and a few others....... i really dont know whats goin on so can anybody help me...... i reinstalled explorer 7 and downloaded firefox but nothing is changed! can anyone help please
