I have recently undertook a scan using Bullguard and found a Trojan.Dialer.DE file, this file is being found by Bullguard but it does not Qaurantine it.
Is there a removal tool available?

There are very few removal tools made for trojans, as trojans are usually removed by the scanner or can be easily removed by the user guided by the support team of Bullguard.
I could help you more with this issue if I knew the location of the infected file...
But the indicated procedure is to send the following file: vscan.log - generated after each scan of Bullguard - to : support@bullguard.com.
try checking up your dialup network folder... chances are very strong that the trojan has installed a dialer in that folder... if you find an extra `dun' just delete the same. you can also use the `find files and folders' feature of windows to find the location of the trojan... pupudada
