I had a Generic 10 Trojan horse virsus and I'm not sure if its gone. I ran a program for virus removal to get rid of it and it says that it no longer has any signs of it being on my computer. The only problem is that when I'm on my computer when it 1st starts the desk top icons and start menu are there but then they disappear the only way I can use the computer is to hit  ctrl alt delete go to task manager and run new task. I don't know if the virus is gone but already did its damage or if its still there. Any ideas?

Reboot normally
 
Post Hijackthis log along with SuperAntiSpyware log, , C: combofix TXT  in this topic

I picked up Trojan Vundo.dvs The computer was blinking badly when I got it. I restored the computer to the day before and it is working fine. It can not be this easy, the virus most still be in my computer.
