it causes rebooting after very short time so i can hardly go to the net to search for removal programs ...if i have luck it don't reboots after 3 minutes after login, and lets me  plus 2 minutes on net to try downloading ....so all in all i've got 5-6 minutes to solve the problem. when i try to download a program and luckily it downloads the computer writes out that is can'T open it in cause of another problem ....and tells me  to try again(i tried 6-7 programmes ,because i tried all day tooday to fix the problem....but sadly it doesn't work)

i read that sb. reinstalled windows and it worked without this virus/which is in service ex.32 all time/,but i can'T try this because i have very inportant documents on my computer (and. i even cant dowload this documents ...because i don't have enough time to save them on cd or pendrive).
