I have no idea where i can get the tools to get rid of my WIN32.etc... virus. and i cannot afford anything that basically costs anything... could someone please halp me?
Hello, I had a similar problem, and realised what is going on. Bullguard is moving all trojans, suspected and infected files to:
C:\Program Files\BullGuard here you will find 3 folders the ones you will want to open are suspect and infected. Please note though, you will need to turn antivirus off to be able to remove them. This has worked for me a few times now safely removing the viruses and trojans. But please be careful! You are now playing with the viruses directly!
