Try looking into the or reports on bullguard or even better because I'm not that familiar

with that whatever it is do the scan send the vscanlog to
support@bullguard.com they've helped me. one suggestion though where XP is concerned go in and turn off the recovery program virusus tend to write themselves there at a recovery point then when you put it in recovery you really write it in as default. After you turn that off do a disk clean that should remove all restore points. then if you want turn it back on. (after a restart of course) Good luck with that, and let me know OK?
