Hello,

I have got the following warning from Antivirus:

Summary:
C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\cursy\Eigene Dateien\Posteingang.dbx=>(message 7) Infected BAT.BWG.E@mm (mIRC)

As it is in incoming messages of outlook express I do not know how to remove. The message itself was removed manually by me. Then I compressed all folders in outlook. But the virus is still there.

Regards, René

hop Hi Cursy,

        Try looking into the or reports on bullguard or even better because I'm not that familiar blush with that whatever it is do the scan send the vscanlog to support@bullguard.com they've helped me. one suggestion though where XP is concerned go in and turn off the recovery program virusus tend to write themselves there at a recovery point then when you put it in recovery you really write it in as default. After you turn that off do a disk clean that should remove all restore points. then if you want turn it back on. (after a restart of course) Good luck with that, and let me know OK?

You should recheck your mail for similar messages that might contain the infected attachment or see the Deleted Items folder (make sure that you empty completely this folder).
