i ran norton and the scan showed we had trojan, we were able to delete most of the files but not one. the virus pop up thingy keeps coming on saying we have the trojan horse virus and its in the file winnt/system32/mscy32.exe..........................now what?? it says norton cannot quarentine it nor delete it,,,,,,,now what do i do??

Get rid of it in your regedit, if you need to know how post your OS and I'll walk you thru it.
