A coworker clicked on a link to see a photo while in MSN Messenger and soem sort of bot installed itself. Now his MSN Messenger sends links out to everyone he is connected to. There are a number of fixes posted at various paces online but none of them seem to be on target for what he has.

Here is the HijackThis log. Can anyone tell me how to remove this trojan?

the easiest way to get rid of that infections is running an anti virus scan. here's anti spyware download.

TC;, I have the same problem you have. I ran this software and it helped tremendously. I did have to pay after the virus scan took place but I am glad I did. I also purchased the Registry Mechanic and the total was $59.00. I am still having a problem with my computer trying to connect to a bad web site, but hope to resolve that this AM..
