My computer has become infected with a Keylogger,Trojan virus, object name C:\WINDOWS\system32\lol.dll. I have tried following symantecs removal info to no avail, anyone any ideas please?

 Yeah,
 Kill norton, download bullguard 4.5 60 day trial and scan the daylights out of it if it don't delete or move it send email to support@bullguard.com and they will help you get rid of it. REMEMBER, UNINSTALL NORTON! or your computer will go nuts, bullguard sees norton as a virus and norton well he's obstinate enough to put up a fight and the puppy don't like that. Good luck and let me know what happens ok.
