I've got a feeling that I may have some kind of virus that runs and switches off my anti virus software. Now and again my PC slows right down and appears to be doing some kind of scan, the PC makes a specific working noise. After what sounds like a scan is finished I get a message that my PC is not protected and I have to go in and turn the anti virus back on. Is this a known problem. I am going to run the recommended programme cleans and post the logs later.
