You are not the only one to have been affected this way. I have also caught the Trjan.Dialer.DE. It is also linked to 3 other files in your PC, one being sp.exe in the WINDOWS folder.
I have been unable to find any information on the virus but I have found where it originates from and would advise you to install a Pop-Up Killer as soon as possible. In my case it appears to have come form an ad linked to the Microsoft Network but I may be mistaken.
Some of the ads deliberatly leave these dialers so that you cannot avoid connecting back to them or the sites they represent. Unfortunatly, that won't help remove the virus but at least you can understand where it came from and what its for.
If I find a way of getting rid of it I shall post it on site!
