Hi I have got this virus/trojan not sure called:
wuauclt.exe and schvost.exe.
 
I have disabled windows automatic updates and run AVG - its still there and its making my internet run very slow
 
PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi,
wuauclt is the windows update scheduler - it can be disabled using the services.msc (click open > run type in services.msc and press return).  The list displayed shows the services running on your pc.  Find the one you want and set it to disabled (also stop it at the same time!) this will prevent it from re-starting every time to re-boot your pc.
I assume you mean svchost - this runs a variety of services including the windows update.  Don't try to disable any of these from task manager.  Disabling the update scheduler above will stop (at least) one of these running.
