Okay, can someone please explain what it means when files cannot be opened during a virus scan?  I had 29 of them and have not a clue what/where they are.

confused every time i run a virus scan i get some files that cant be opened
are they bad files or are they just unopenable  by the AV program ?

           smile I think you haven't disabled the virus shield from the bullguard console B4 u tried to delete these files.
