I doubt this is a virus, Ive scaned my computer with NOD32, XoftSpy, XoftSpySE and nothing has been found! Ive also used Registry cleaned and registry mechanic and my problem still ocurs! heres my log:

Ok I only joined this forum because I saw your problem - I had the same thing.

Looking through your Hijack Log, It appears you are running the wonderful Objectdock.

Now, this proble arises when you shut down your computer unexpectedly using the power switch, or holding the button. It doesn't allow OD to save settings.

If this seems like it could be the case, go to your dock, and at the edge, right click and go to dock properties. Within the first menu, at the top you should see "Hide windows Taskbar" box thats filled in take away the check, and restart computer using your refound bar.

After trying this please give me an update, thanks! hope it works out!
