after i press scan now, tell him to scan C: and D: and press Start Scanning, the window closes and returns to the mein bullguard window, but nothing happens. in other anti virus programs, there pops up another window which tells how many files already ve been scanned, but with this bullguard nothing happens. can someone tell me why??
Hi there, have you got any other av programs running with it if you do turn them off, disable them whatever they call for then try again. If that don't work try uninstalling bullguard, do a shutdown on the computer (that's important or it won't uninstall) restart, download it again from www.bullguard.com don't use the one from Kazaa been lots of people that have had trouble with that version. and if that don't work send an email to support@bullguard.com if they can't help then no one can.
