help!!! i have deleted amvo.exe by antivirus ESET . but i cant still show my hidden files on my documents . . . help

i deleted amvo.exe and i deleted all components of aub0wb8.cmd on the registry but i cant still delete the aub0wb8.cmd(normally i cant see this file with windows but i used to see that file 'atol 0.70' program. i cant delete it please help
