Open Bullguard and firewall is up and running ok, have to turn off then back on again to get error message to go. Any ideas on how to fix as it's bugging the hell out of me.

You can tell Windows Security Centre that you wish to monitor your firewall yourself. To do this click the balloon warning you that the firewall is down. Click on Recommendations, then select I have a firewall solution that I'll monitor myself.

I'm not sure why Windows Security Centre is not recognizing the Bullguard firewall though.
