I've just renewed my subscription to Bullguard and the messages/pop ups have stopped on my account. But not on my wife and son's, they are still getting messages stating they are not covered against viruses etc. Anyone know what's going on?

Have you tried clicking on Check Status button on your wife and son's account ( Open Bullguard, main button on left hand side, Account tab)?

If still no joy try getting them to enter their Username and Password again (Same as above but click on Change User, then enter the details) You need to be online when doing this.
