I have installed Bullguard on my computer. The problem is that I help to run an online quiz room and unfortunately Bullguard has seen the Triviabot as a virus and quarantined it so that now i cannot run it in the room. Does anyone know how I can unquarantine the file and tell bullguard it is not a virus.

Many thanks
dawmal

Open BullGuard and go to the Antivirus section, the Quarantine tab. Select the file(s) you want unqarantined and then click the "Move back" button. This should solve the problem. To prevent this from happening again, go to the Antivirus section, Protection tab, scroll down and find the "Exclude specific files/folders" option, and select the files/folders you want.
