I have just noticed that my subscription expires on the 14th Jan 2008 at a renewal cost of £44.99 for another year. Oh boy and it only cost me £32.00 last year for the same package. Biggest majority of the time software is offered at a reduced price for renewal but not with Bullguard it seems. Well ok I suppose you could use the argument that £44.99 is nothing realy for a years subscription, then I would that is complete rubbish, I have AVG subscription at £41.95 for two years and they have told me that at renewal I would be given a discount. Now this is the exact same package as I have with Bullguard apart from the length of subscription as it is running on my laptop. I just wonder how Bullguard can justify this.
email customer support and ask them what the reduced renewal is for your new subscription, the site just gives the standard price-i think its a case of don't ask and you don't get
