Ok so im still getting these popups saying Attack Detected. Literally every half a minute. Its driving me crazy!! Says its a Denial of service attack

I tried banning the IP permanently like someone said in my other thread, but if i ban it.... when i go to use my internet, it blocks my connection confused

Can someone give me some simple step by step instructions on how to permanently block the IP on Bullguard 7?

Thanks, any help would be majorly appreciated! This is so frustrating!

Dan

I am also getting these pop-us and they are driving me mad.  They grind my Internet Explorer and Outlook to a hault and I need to reboot each time to get them working again.  I've sent the details to Bullguard Technical Support so hopefully they can tell me how to fix this problem, I'll keep you posted.
p.s. This has only happened since I upgraded from v5.1 to v7.0

This sounds similar to the problem I had with V7.0. I have tried it twice and uninstalled it both times and gone back to V6.1 which works trouble free on my machine. I reported this problem to BG Support back in October (see BG7 thread) providing them with copies of my firewall logs, but it seems it is still causing problems for users.

If this cant be fixed, i may just uninstall and go back to bullguard 6.1. I never had this before with 6.1

Technical support solution did not help, the problem stiil exists. Think I'll be going back to Trend Micro or give Panda a go.

Uninstalled Bullguard 7.0.  Installed Panda Platinium 2007 trial, what a difference!  works away in the background no problems with pop-up or slow conections.  Think 'll be sticking with Panda.
