About a month ago, my computer got a virus and crashed. I took it to a local repair shop, they fixed it and installed Bullguard. I got home, and turned on the computer, and it ran terribly slow, wouldn't recognize that my Zune was connected to the computer, and wouldn't let me access sites like YouTube and myspace. I took it back to the shop and a different guy said that the people who fixed it before didn't do it right and he said he could fix it. So a couple of days later, I turn on the computer again and it runs fine, lets me access Youtube and myspace and everythings going great, except it still won't recognize my Zune. It wont connect to the computer. I did a little research about Bullguard not allowing outside drives or something, but now it wont connect to a Zune, iPod, or my printer! If anyone knows whats going on please help me here.
Does anyone know what to do? The guy at the repair shop wants to rebuild it. He thinks Bullguard is not the problem, he thinks it's the Zune software, but I checked and it's not. So I believe it is Bullguard, I just don't know how to fix it. Any suggesstions?
I bet u r right my computer got a virus too.We found out later on that the cell phone had something to do with the virus. So i took it in and the fix it an did some type of anit-virus thing to it so now it work great
