Hi I have purchased the boxed version of Bullguard 7 from Amazon.co.uk, installed it on a XP Home PC and then tried to activate it. I have tried the suggestions found elsewhere on this forum and had a chat session with your live support, who suggested I tried again in a few days. However, it still gives the above message. This is really frustrating as it is due to expire and I will then not be protected. I would be grateful for a solution. I have broadband via a Netgear router, and have no issues with any other form of connectivity. Our other computers update and register with competitors products without a hitch.! Thanks CM
