I have re-install my Windows and I am trying to register my Bullguard but somehow the registration process always fails. I cannot update my antivirus before registering. Can you help?

Having the same problem here mate, keep getting "unknown error while trying to login102" message.

I wonder if its a temp problem with the servers at BG

OK, I sussed it, try this:

control panel, network and internet connections, network connections... right click your internet connection and choose STATUS, click the support tab and click the REPAIR button to flush your DNS.

Worked for me :-)

I had this problem too. The problem was solved by pressing "Enter" after typing in my password rather than clicking on the "Submit" box with the cursor.
