Ok I've downloaded the trial version and when I have gone into the account section and to register a user, a box appears asking to create an account now I select the, I already have an existing account option.
When I enter my details I get an alert box stating: Local Error Retrieving user data.
Also when I try to create an account it knows I have an account, Bull guard that is. However the funny thing is that when I try to check the status of my account it says that I need to be a registered, but in all the below boxes for subscription length it has 425 days left, because I entered my license key on-line.
This is baffling me at the moment and I'm not sure what I need to do or what's happening.
