| Hello Bob,
BullGuard's Support Team can help you get rid of the infection, but we would need to see the scan log in order to provide accurate advice. Here is what you need to do:
BullGuard 4.5
Please find the vscan.log file in the C:\Program Files\BullGuard folder and send it to support@bullguard.com as an email attachment. Alternatively, you can copy/paste the contents of that file into the body of an email and send it to support@bullguard.com.
BullGuard 5.0, 5.1, 6.0 or 6.1
When the scanning session is over and not all problems are resolved you will have the option to automatically send the scan report to us for analysis by pressing the Send log button. I recommend you reboot the PC into Safe Mode with Networking (instructions here) and run another full scan. Do use the feature I mentioned above in case the infection isn't removed automatically from Safe Mode.
We generally reply to all scan log within one hour and you will receive full removal instructions. Cheers,
Andrei A. |
