I have renewed my Bulldog anti Virus and have the transaction details, but Bulldog are still asking for payment  can you please explain?

Dear Sdurrans,


Please follow these steps in order to activate your paid status:

1. Double-click on the BullGuard icon from the right lower corner of your screen.
2. Go to the Main menu > the Account tab.
3. Press the "Change user" button and re-login with your username and password.
4. Press the "Check status" button.

If the problem persists, please PM me.
