.. I tried also creating a new account for my daughter with admin-rights - still she cannot get connection to the internet and therefore we cannot activate BG from her user profile.
 
We are´nt using quik user shift, but the safer one with codes and all.
 
I installed BG from the big almighty admin account, and usees (on same pc) my-name-account that has admin-rights.
 
Why wont her profil be allowed to go netting?

Had the same problem, when I created another account with limited rights. No internet connection at all.
Tried "upgrading" the account to admin, but still no go.
 
Workaround seems to be -- delete the account that gives you headaches. Create another with adminrights. Log on with that userprofile, and connect to BullGuard.
If you can´t - check the following settings:
 
Danish/english setup, so funny vocabulary smilewinkgrin
Start BullGuard, click on the FireWall icon.
Clik on Userdefined Security. click on the flag (fanen) named Security, and check that the function "Bloker trafik mens BullGuard er lukket" (translation maybee "Block All Traffic if BullGuard is turned off") isn´t checked. If it is, uncheck it.
 
Log off, and log on with your normal admin user. Change the other account back to limited rights. That should do the trick.
