Hello; I have just installed BULLGUARD V5 to replace my expired Norton.
It seems to be working okay - apart from the Online Backup, I tried to upload a file containing photo's and it took about five minutes to upload 1% of the file which only contains around 30 pictures.
I gave up and abandoned the process, is it common for it to take such a while to upload ?
The backup process is quite slow. It took me about 15 - 20 mins to upload a file of 18mb. Just a thought here, but are you sure you actually clicked the backup button to begin the process? The 1% you mention may have been referring to the available space, ie, you have used 1% of your allocated space. It usually displays this before the backup begins.
