I keep getting a message saying that mail has not been able to be delivered.
My problem is that this happens where I have not sent the mail that it is telling me is unable to be delivered.
The email that is reported as undelivered contains part of my genuine email address but is not sent by me.
Is this some sort of scam? Is there some way of reporting this activity?

It is possible that your computer has been infected with some kind of virus. i recommend you do a full scan in Safe Mode.
