Hi everytime I log into Windows Lve Messenger, it lasts about five minutes and then an no service message comes up and you have to click okay and it ALL vanishes, think it is a virus but have no idea which one? Any ideas please.
am not computer literate, well at least not on the internal workings of one.

is your windows fully updated and your av updated and have you tried running a scan.

Thank you. the answer is yes and yes.
it won't even open now and is saying error everytime Bullguard try to do a check, so even that is not working. shakehead
now what do I do, am going to try and save all documents and take back to zero and restore the repair disk.
was trying to load a picture of what happens, but cannot for some obscure reason
