I received an email which missed my spam file, it contained a file marked video.exe.

it turns out that bullguard says it has a virus or trojan.

I tried to delete the file but it seems to be proetcted.

how do i delete it.

help please!

What is it exactly what BullGuard is telling you?
Sounds like BG blocked it so you are safe
