I've downloaded Bullguard onto my laptop but it will not open. Contacted Livesupport and they sent a patch to sort it. Unable to open patch. Is this because I need Winzip to open it? I have tried deleting Bullguard and reinstalling but to no avail. Anyone got any ideas? shakehead
