This may seem like a simple question but can anyone tell me why I get dodgy emails in my Inbox when I thought I paid Bullguard to stop them getting through? Todays dodgy email was supposedly from Abbey about security and I do not even have an account with Abbey and they are not in my address book.

Hi Arcane and thank you for your reply. I have had a look round and I have found the white list with my OK emails on it.

I cannot find the wizard.

My large font is because I have sight problems so please bear with me and tell me how to find the wizard.

There is some information here about the Spamfilter that may help you.

Hi Arcane, I had never noticed those little arrows before.

I found the wizard and I have been through it. I am almost looking forward to getting some dodgy emails so that I can mark them as spam.

I am still going to read up on this and learn as much as I can as I intend to impress a certain young relative of mine with my expertise.

Thanks to both you and Virago for responding. Lots of people have been reading this thread so I think there might have been a few other people who have found this discussion useful.
