I purchased Bullguard on-line via madasafish and it does not work. I can get no response to my emails at all from madasafish and Bullguard support says that they are not responsible. What do I do now. They have my money but the product won't work. Help!
When Bullguard asks me to log in (when I turn on my PC) I enter my e-mail address and password as requested. When I submit the data I get an error saying 'initialization error'. Apparently, the supplier, in this case madasafish.com, maintains a seperate database of purchasers. I don't exist on either apparently. I have asked for help several times from both parties (Bullguard and madasafish.com) but to no avail. Bullguard were the most helpful but they could not resolve the issue due to this database problem. The setup seems a bit lame to me. Surely if madasafish won't offer any support for the product, shouldn't I be on Bullguards database...? I asked for my money back but they will not answer my e-mails at all.
