Hi, I have my new PC now for one month and I've running bullguard without any problems. Last week I've tried a demo from alcohol -still no problem- but a few days ago I purchased a license and reïnstalled alcohol. And from then on, everytime I want to change a disc in the virtual drive; bullguard crashes.
And if I want to start it up again it shows "anti-virus plugin cannot be loaded".
Do I have to reïnstall both softwares or does someone have any suggestions?

I've got this errorcode, maybe any help?

The program 'C:\Program Files\BullGuard Software\BullGuard\BullGuard.exe' has exited with code -1073741811 (0xC000000D).

you should reinstall BG; make sure you don't save the settings when you uninstall it
