I've noticed of late a few people bashing BG , I have run it on both win98 and xp machines over the years with very little problems and any probs were always sorted quickly, i have also installed on Vista home premium machines and again had no problems(32bit version). The only major problem i had was on an Acer laptop were Bg just would not work but then neither would Avg , that pc ended up with Norton installed . No matter what Av you look at you will always find problems, you only have to look up various forums to see this. So for any new users my advice is try the trial version and if you like it buy it and if you do not like it you have lost nothing but as far as I'm concerned BG does what it says on the box and is reasonably priced so i will stick with it.
