Does anybody know why the Spam Filter toolbar disppears if I go into MS Outlook when MP3 player is plugged in? (USB) If I go into Outlook without MP3 plugged in...OK and stays OK if I then plug in.
I experienced the same problems everytime when I boot up my machine with my Pocket PC connected. The syncronization process of Activesync starts a Outlook Process what means that Outlook is active, before Bullguard is able to set up the toolbar. Solution: Open your taskmanager, switch to "Processes" (or similar word since I have the german version) and shut down the Process "Outlook.EXE". After this close the taskmanager and restart Outlook again. For me this does the Trick. Maybe your Problem can be solved that way.
To avoid this I try to make sure, that my Pocket PC is not connected during boot up. Hope this helps you.
