Please note that the password field from BullGuard's login window is case sensitive and you have to be very careful about how you type the password in case it contains both upper and lower case letters.
In case you have been typing it correctly and the error message is:
Bad login name and/or password!, I recommend you contact us at
support@bullguard.com for help. We will need certain files from your PC and then give you instructions on how to change one or several registry entries. You could also try updating the application from your account and then rebooting the PC, but if that doesn't work, we will be glad to help.
