Hi, my bullguard has now nine days without updating. Every time i press the update buttom it askes me to restart the computer. I've allready restarted and shutted it down serveral times but it doesn't work. ¿Could anybody help me?

You could try entering your username and password again which should negotiate with the Bullguard server and check the update facility. Open Bullguard, select Main button on left hand side, then select Account. Then select Change User and re-enter you username and password.

Hi, thanks for the advice but it didn't work. It still askes me to reestart my PC.

Any other idea?

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BullGuard\LiveUpdate\Flags\

delete the file 'PendingSystemReboot' if you find it
